Aerial Yoga

Available as private sessions only, Aerial Yoga offers a deeper stretch and support, helping you become stronger and more flexible through conditioning and inverting. This restorative and meditative class focuses on strength building, hip opening, hamstring stretching, and spinal decompression.

Gentle

Ideal for those with limited range of motion but able to get on and off the floor independently. There are no inversions or hands-on assistance in this class. Enjoy gentle stretches using the yoga trainer as your buddy, improving your balance, flexibility, and skeletal-muscular operations of the mind and body.

Strength & Conditioning

Designed for those seeking a challenge, this class requires the ability to maintain inversions for extended periods. It may include hands-on assistance and the use of props like yoga blocks, therapy bands, or ankle weights. Strengthen and tone your core, arms, shoulders, and back in this high-intensity, low-impact workout, leaving you feeling accomplished with a full-body exercise.

Burlesqueupdancer

Learn the art of tease from the creator of Burlesqueup. Seduce your audience upside down with the yoga inversion trainer. This class may involve clothing removal, chair work, and personal seduction. Heels and knee pads are optional. Prerequisite: Basics class and comfort with inversions. Embrace your sexy side and leave your inhibitions behind.

Me & My Shadow

Want to enjoy some quality time with your child? Why not learn something new together? Family time is so important in this busy world we live in. This is a way to connect with each other in a safe space. Encourage each other as you embark on this new journey as a team. With yoga asanas you can relax and be in this present moment while gaining great benefits from this workout. Adults accompanying the child must be over the age of 18 and children must be over the age of 10. Both students must have a shoulder span wider than 10 inches to fit the yoga inversion trainer. Also, must be able to firmly and safely grasp the trainer with both their hands.

Kids & Pre-Teens

Do you want something new and fun for your kids to do? This class is intended for kids over the age of 10. Students must have a shoulder span wider than 10 inches to fit the trainer. Be able to firmly and safely grasp the yoga inversion trainer with both their hands. For safety reasons kids and teens will need to be focused driven and able to follow directions in order to take class. They will learn shoulder stands in a fun yet calming atmosphere. This mindful yoga practice will help reduce anxiety while being in the present moment and help with self-esteem.
