Yoga Inversion Trainer “Basics”

Welcome to our Basics class, where we help you conquer your fear of inversion and take your yoga practice to new heights. In this session, you’ll build confidence and train your brain to feel at ease upside down. I’ll be here to guide you in enhancing your balance, motor skills, and mindfulness.
This class is designed to boost blood circulation to your head and strengthen your arms, core, shoulders, and back. Join us to practice yoga asanas and elevate your practice. Let’s turn your yoga upside down together! Please Select Correct Category at the bottom of the page.
Beginner Pole Flow

Prerequisite is to complete Intro to Pole Fitness classes prior to joining this class or based on instructors approval. No dance experience is required! Come learn the basic foundations of pole flow, enhance your body awareness, build strength, and boost your confidence—all while having fun. Consistency is the key as we will learn a new choreographed routine each month, adding on to the routine each week. In our class, you’ll form friendships as we support and uplift each other. To ensure everyone gets ample practice and rest, we occasionally share poles. Join us and discover the joy of pole dancing! Please select correct Category at the bottom of the page.

You may bring your own mats however Yoga mats will be provided. This is due to Yoga Inversion Trainers can leave divots in the mats.
What to wear-Form fitting athletic attire that provides full coverage and keeps everything secure. Kneepads/Shoes are optional. Long sleeves and yoga pants are preferred for Aerial Yoga so as to not experience chafing/friction burns. Athletic Top and Shorts are preferred for Pole Classes as you will need skin/pole contact.
For all classes, please do not wear jewelry, metal or zippers so it doesn’t scratch the poles or tear the fabric. Please refrain from wearing any lotion as it will prevent you from gripping & will leave residue. All classes are by appointments only.
Drop ins/Walk ins are not available. Classes are limited. Please reserve your spot.
Max-5 Students/Min-2 Students/All cancellations need to be 24 hours prior to the class start time.
Hands on Assist will be used when needed.
