Yoga Inversion Trainer Basics
Welcome to our Basics class, where we help you conquer your fear of inversion and take your yoga practice to new heights. In this session, you’ll build confidence and train your brain to feel at ease upside down. I’ll be here to guide you in enhancing your balance, motor skills, and mindfulness, with hands-on assistance provided as needed.
This class is designed to boost blood circulation to your head and strengthen your arms, core, shoulders, and back. Join us to practice yoga asanas and elevate your practice. Let’s turn your yoga upside down together!
Beginner Pole Flow
Start your pole journey in a welcoming and safe space. No dance experience is required! Come learn the basic foundations of pole dancing, enhance your body awareness, build strength, and boost your confidence—all while having fun. In our class, you’ll form friendships as we support and uplift each other. To ensure everyone gets ample practice and rest, we occasionally share poles. Join us and discover the joy of pole dancing!
